What is the response time?
We are available to respond to enquiries and make bookings during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM). If you are contacting us via Email towards the end of the day, you may receive our response the following business day.​
What type of properties do you service?
We are focusing on domestic services for now but plan to cover commercial premises in the future.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Shepperton and are generally happy to travel up to 15 miles. We don’t cover central London or congestion zones. Contact us to find out if we cover your area.
What should I do if I am unsure what pest I have?
Contact us and we will help identify the pest/issue for you. This may require a service if a clear photo cannot be provided.
What are common causes of scratching in a loft?
The most common causes of scratching and movement in a loft are rats, mice and squirrels. Other potential culprits could be birds or bats.
What is the difference between pest management and pest control?
Management focuses on prevention and control focuses on elimination.
