What's included

We will come to the property for an extensive survey to determine what pests are present, where, and formulate the best method of control. We will use this information to provide you with a fair quote, this will include your monthly fee and set up price.

After everything is agreed and booked, we will attend the property a second time to install the equipment and sign the contract. 

From here on, each month, you will receive a visit along with a report, invoice and receipt.
